Joint Manipulation

“A spine should move well to be healthy”

Joint manipulation is used to stretch ligaments and tendons
that have shortened and scarred due to injury.

Shortened tissues will cause reduced or aberrant range of motion in a joint. Ligaments and tendons do not stretch slowly. The best treatment is a quick, firm stretch done by hand with the focus exactly on the shortened tissue. This is known as joint manipulation. Dr. Brian has perfected his technique over his years having developed joint manipulations for most joints in the body.
